Roofs

Care for the home above you.
From the main roof to the details at the eaves, start with the part of your home that needs attention. Explore house roofs, conservatory roofs and roofline, then talk to us about the existing condition and the work you have in mind.
Find the right place to start.
Understand the work behind the finish.
A visible problem does not always reveal its cause. Tell us what you have noticed, where it appears and whether it changes with the weather. Then make sure the proposal explains the area covered, access arrangements, materials, removal and finishing work. A clear scope makes quotations easier to compare.
Make your first enquiry useful.
Send your postcode, a brief description of the work and any photographs you already have. Tell us what is staying as well as what you want to change. We’ll discuss your priorities and the next steps for a free, no-obligation quotation.
Tell us about your project ↗Before you choose.
Useful questions for the first conversation.
Should roofline work be included with a roof replacement?
Discuss the condition of the boards and rainwater goods while planning the roof. Associated work should be explicitly included or excluded rather than assumed.
Can I get a quote from a photograph?
Ground-level photographs help start the conversation, but they cannot establish hidden conditions or replace the assessment needed for the proposed work. Do not climb onto a roof to take photographs.
Do approvals need to be considered?
Roof changes can affect structure, insulation and appearance. Establish the requirements for the actual proposal and clarify approval responsibilities before work begins.
